Returns Policy
Mizled DO NOT refund items due to a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. However, you may exchange the purchased item for the same item in a different size only. If the item is out of stock you will then receive a store credit to be spent within three months.
There is NO return, exchange or refunds on swim-wear or any items on sale so please choose carefully. If you have any queries please contact Mizled.
Please note there is absolutely NO exchange or refund on any items, products that have been cared for incorrectly.
We must be notified by email (www.mizled.com) of an exchange within 2 days of you receiving your item. You will have to quote your receipt number and get the item back to us within 14 days of the date that you received the item. The item must not have been worn and have the tags still attached, or it will not be accepted. The customer will pay for additional shipping costs.
Privacy Policy
We are committted to your privacy and security. We will only collect personal infromation if you make a purchase. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. We do use your information to help us understand our market, so we can improve our service. However, we only use aggregate information, so individuals are never identifiable. We will never sell or license this information to a third party.
Shipping and Postage Details
If you need something by a certain date, please e-mail us at prittidirti@bigpond.com to see if your item is currently in stock and we will attempt to get it to you as soon as is possible.
Please note that items are only shipped on weekdays, no items are sent out over weekends. Any sales received after 5pm (AEST) on Fridays afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and sent out the following Monday.
Australian Orders:
We ship within Australia using Express Post Overnight delivery service. Delivery to most areas in Australia is within 2 working days, but during busy periods allow up to 5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer than the usual 2 working days.
International Orders:
We deliver to all countries.
We prefer to ship with FedEx as it is a fully traceable and reliable express courier service. Delivery takes between 2 and 7 working days to arrive.
You can also choose to ship with Australia Post International Airmail service, this service is cheaper, however can take anywhere up to 3 weeks and sometimes longer to arrive and also does not offer any form of tracking system.
Both FedEx and Australia Post International Airmail are fully insured services.
Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. Periodically your local customs office MAY hold deliveries for periods up to three weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Please be aware that your local customs office will apply additional charges (Import tax & duties) to your goods upon arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient before the parcel will be released. For further information on thses charges you should contact your local customs department as charges vary from country to country.

Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
